At Experience Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If you receive a damaged or incorrect record, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item's condition to initiate your return request.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label if the item is defective.
Secure Packaging
Place the vinyl in its original packaging or a sturdy record mailer to ensure it is protected from warping or cracking during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Ship the package back to our warehouse; once we inspect the return, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
